A Southern Pre-Built Home is a custom home.  Pre-Built simply means some components of your home are pre-constructed at our facility.  Our homes are not modular or manufactured - please see FAQ.

Because your home is pre-built, assembly time is fast and cost efficient.  You could be living in your home within 90 days from the time we break ground.
